The team at Flight Images have many years of experience in aerial photography and will be delighted to guide you through the commissioning process.

We operate throughout the UK and are also happy to undertake commissions overseas. We are located at Fairoaks Airport near Woking so are ideally placed for Central London photography.

For a quotation, we need:

• Location of site - address and postcode

• Type of photography - oblique and/or vertical. (To see examples follow the menu to “Photography” and then “Perspective”.)

• What you want in the picture – road layouts, landmarks, signage, local infrastructure.

• Timescale – please inform us of any deadlines. (Aerial photography is governed by weather conditions and Air Traffic Control. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that we will achieve the photography by a particular date. However, we will always do our utmost to meet a deadline. NB: If we do not achieve the photography within your timescale, there will be no charge.)

• Any special requirements – survey, video, air to air, etc

• Final use - marketing, planning, display, internet etc. (This is useful information which will help us to recommend the best camera options.)


Once we have the ‘go ahead’ we will need:

• Mapping and site plan to show the location and boundaries of the site. This is essential to ensure that we include everything you require, ie surrounding land, car parking, etc.

• Purchase order - email or fax

• Detailed brief to ensure that we fulfil your expectations. Flight Images will always provide a good variety of shots from all directions. However, if you require a shot in a particular angle or want a feature/landmark included, then it is always best to specify this.
