This service provides detailed aerial imagery of sites for enforcement purposes. The imagery is taken at all points of the compass and has GPS data imbedded to record the location (latitude/longitude) date & time of the photography.

The original camera files are downloaded and written to a CD-Rom which is then sealed for court presentation. A second CD-Rom (working copy) is produced and photographically enhanced to provide clear and unequivocal evidence of the activity on the ground. A statement of facts can be written for presentation at court, if required.

Enforcement photography has been directly driven by Local, District and County Councils in response to the growing misuse and exploitation of land. This includes unauthorised encampments, illegal connection to electric, gas and sewage services and simple flouting of planning permission legislation.
